The Study Of Automobile Prototype Workshop Capacity Upgrade Based On Information System

The fierce competition between brands increases on every passing day as China has been being the largest automobile production line and market in the world. In order to deal better with various needs of the customer and response quickly to market segmentation, new programs and vehicle major changes have been carried out in a while after another.With the increase of the projects and the quantity of production, prototype workshop has determined to develop the reconstruction to upgrade the manufacture capacity. It mainly aimed at expanding the working area and acquiring manufacturing tools to increase the production ability. Meanwhile, advanced production process will be adopted. However, the resolution of promoting the capacity of the workshop by adopting the digital system is the difficulty we confronted with.This paper expatiates on core elements, specific values and application environments of lean production management. It also formulated the application of engineering database in manufacturing process. At the same time, the article introduces the current situation of some main function modules, the meaning of overall effectiveness and potential point for promotion opportunity. This paper also respectively introduce the key projects and adoption of new industrial arts, techniques, lean production management ways, analyze and evaluate these measures which increase production level and production efficiency for workshop both directly and indirectly.This paper lays out the study of the resolution of promoting the capacity of the workshop based on information system concerned with lean production values. It introduces the system from the project planning, setting up of the system structures, constructor of the database to final work situation. Manufacture capacity of the workshop is effectively upgraded by the output efficiency in practical production.
