It is great important for enterprise to build good relationship with employees in the process of development. The relationship of enterprise and employee has a direct influence on the performance and development of enterprises. The trend is based on the social exchange theoryand reciprocity to research employee-organization relationship in academic circles.Based on the social exchange theory, when the individual benefit from others, he will generate the sense of responsibility to return to others, the employees have the behavior that is "beneficial to the organization " can be seen as a "reward" to the organization, it also means organization gives positive treat to employees.Social exchange theory can well explain the behavior in intra-role and organizational citizenship behavior. Previous research has more concern on staff commitmenttothe organization, and paid little attention to organization commitment to employees, namely perceived organizational support.Organizational support can well describe employees perceived "positive approach" from the organization, and improve work output. Therefore,this article tentatively studies the effects of perceived organizational support on employee work output.Past research focuses on the employee and the organization's "direct exchange", that is, from perceived organizational support to employees work outputdirectly.But what is the mechanism hidden the relations of perceived organizational support and work output.The problem gets the attention of scholars in recent years. Under the background of Chinese culture, promotive voiceis seena buffer variable to verify the mechanism between perceived organizational support and employee work output.In addition, when employees perceived the support from the organization, whether or not have a positive return, different personalities have different performance. Therefore, this article will introducethelocus of control personality to the study of perceived organizational support andpromotive voice.In this article, the relations among the perceived organizational support, promotive voice and work output have been combed through combing the literature, and construct the concept of influence mechanism between the three models.Adopt the form of questionnaire, collectingthe data of 259 employees from Xinjiang, Beijing, Zhengzhou and other places in different enterprises, having correlation analysis and regression analysis by SPSS19.0, come to the following conclusions:(1) The perceived organizational support and its three dimensions affectthe work output and its each dimension;(2) The influence of perceived organizational support on work output partly by promotivevoice behavior;(3) Locus of control personality between perceived organizational support and promotivevoice behavior has regulating effect.
