With the development of market economy and social competition, credit sale is increasingly being used as an useful marketing approach by enterprises to expand their market share and improve their own competitiveness. XX cement company is a large state- owned enterprise. As is well known, Cement industry is a typically resource-based and energy-inefficient industry that has regional restriction as well. As increasing industry competition enhances the survival difficulty of cement corporations, an effective marketing approach is undoubtedly the lifeline of the company and source of profit to survive. As meanwhile, there is an urgent problem for cement enterprises as well which is how to enhance the internal control of the sales and receivables cycle.Based on the basic principle of sales and receivables cycle internal control, this article captures some critical points of this internal control and evaluate its risk with complied with the internal control system designed cost-effective principle and risk management theory, according to the actual situation of XX cement company. The most important points of this research are the sales price management, credit management, establishing contract management, accounts receivable management, billing management, invoice management, and implementation of the transceiver system. In addition, this article also focus on customers in other aspects of management, marketing costs, rebate policy and the implementation of other sales, and finds inside sales and receivables cycle control system defects and propose workable solutions measures. This paper aims to make individuals pay sufficient attention to the sales and receivables cycle internal controls and eliminate the sale of part of the internal problems, and prevent the external risk.
