In the face of the complicated market situation,what a company should do is to use their limited resources to achieve the maximum utility,enhance their whole market competitive strength, and ensure its competitive superiority. That's why the budge management emerges. However, at present, my company is just using it mechanically after recognizing its advancement, instead of making a detailed study on how to make it more suitable to our own company. As a result, the budgeting progress and the budget system of our company have not complete yet. Therefore, the subject of this paper is to optimize the budget process of the company, find a suitable budget process, to carry on an effective budget management, in order to make the enterprise to maintain the competitive advantage.The paper discussed how to optimize the budget management process of my company. Take the budget process optimization theory into application is based on the environment change of the company and to meet the needs of the future market, related to all aspects of the management of the company. The purpose of this study is through the research on the theory and application of the budget management process, using the method of business process improvement, according to the characteristics of the company to optimize its existing budget management process in BX Company, so that the company's budget process can be more effective, more convenient to apply to the daily management of the enterprise in order to better play the role of budget management, finally get the overall effectiveness of the company optimized.Firstly, the present situation and development of the comprehensive budget management are summarized both at home and abroad. then the budget management in BX Company are studied, the company's present budget management process from the perspective of business process optimization are also analyzed, so as to point out the main problems of the company's current budget organizations and main process, then manage to optimize the design of the budget management process combined with the characteristics of the enterprises, and put forward the effective implementation of the comprehensive budget management company limited by guarantee measures.
