Bancassurance industry is in effective sharing of social resources and reduce operating costs of the social requirements should be shipped evolved, the rise in the United States and Europe,and with the rapid development of the global market economy and maturing, and gradually extended to the world. In 1995, our bancassurance business line officially opened during a short period of two years after the development of high-speed jumps, traffic bancassurance channel accounted for more than 40% of the total business volume of the insurance industry, the insurance industry has become the most important one business channels. But behind the high-speed development of bancassurance, the market economic system and legal construction of financial unsound banking and insurance industry does not follow good order, in all aspects of product, channel management, sales there are different degrees of problems.MetLife is foreign insurers of non-banking system, in the face of the banking system in recent years, the insurance company to greatly expand competition in the bancassurance business scale and business accounting have declined. Faced with increasingly fierce market competition and changing customer needs, the old strategic planning and marketing strategy of the company bancassurance problems become more apparent. On the basis of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Business Development Bank of the problems and in which the analysis of the marketing environment, I think we should improve sales strategy should proceed from the following aspects.In the bancassurance channel clear development plan, the product, channel, price, digital, brand strategy be improved and strengthened, and improve the implementation of safeguards.Specifically in terms of product strategy: conduct customer and product segmentation, focus on product development and innovation, increase the added value of products; in terms of channel strategy: Select the appropriate channel cooperation model, expand existing business banking channels and open new channels of cooperation; in price strategy: the next life insurance market rate pricing science, pricing and innovative ways to try to achieve the rationalization of fee prices.MetLife bancassurance marketing strategy after the author of theoretical knowledge of the insurance industry work experience and MBA learning effectively combine the proposed solution,hoping to provide a reference MetLife bancassurance development.
