The Study On Improving The Design Of Jidong Development Group Corporate Pension Scheme

Research goal of this paper is to implement and manage the overall enterprise annuity Jidong Development Group plans to provide assistance, promote the upgrading of human resource management capacity, mainly through the Jidong Development Group annuity comprehensive analysis of the status of implementation of the annuity programs to improve reference, including limitations on changes in corporate pension annuity employees for the first time to participate in working life, while the design of more rational enterprise annuity plan.The main contents of this paper include the following four aspects:First, this article describes a simple and combed the annuity basic theory, including the main specific annuity connotation, function and importance of a simple analysis;enterprise annuity classification criteria, the development of China's Enterprise Annuity characteristics were brief; the characteristics of foreign Western countries as well as the development of enterprise annuity reference and inspiration for the development of China's Enterprise Annuity carried out a detailed analysis and elaboration.Secondly, the article points out some problems of Jidong Development Group annuity implementation process exists, including enterprise annuity plan design flaw,enterprise employees do not know the place for the enterprise annuity, employees involved in the internal annuity underpowered, corporate pension fund operator insufficient information on the degree of transparency of information and all kinds of enterprises to bear the burden of insurance continues to increase in five areas.Thirdly, we redesigned Jidong Development Group annuity scheme, especially for annuity payment methods and payment standard part, proposed differentiated payment standard annuity, Jidong Development Group annuity program participation conditions and scope, enterprise annuity account management, fund management, corporate pension benefits and payment as well as total fat adjustment and termination of corporate pension schemes and other provisions of the supplement and perfect.Finally, we propose to build enterprise annuity guarantee mechanism implementedinclude improving Jidong Development Group enterprise annuity management system,increase awareness and training efforts within the enterprise, enhance the quality of integrated services employees, and strengthen risk control annuity investment companies Jidong Development Group and enhance information disclosure annuity capital operations in five areas.
