Analysis Of Investment In Term Of Financial Business On Quasi-credit Basis

In recent years, the financial market in China has a rapid development, not only the number and scale, but also the player involved, created one after another good performance. To cater for the demands of leverage, off balance sheet, and expansion of existing business, the financial business on quasi-credit basis has laid foundation of fast development of financial business recently. Compared with traditional credit business, such type of financial business involves more complex structures and broader scope of trading counterpart and supervision policy, therefore the structure design of such financial business has become the critical component and key essence for product issuance and management, besides the regular review on the credit risk of underlying assets.This essay is aimed to research and summarize the investment structure of financial product issued by banks from practical perspective and then makes an outlook of the further studies in this area. Firstly, this essay originally specifies the definition of financial business on quasi-credit basis, and reveals the essence of credit nature; secondly, this essay analyzes and researches the current status of financial business from multi-angles, including the significance, development history, and external motivation of such financial business and clarification on the definition and characteristics of five common investment structures as well as its ongoing innovation. Thirdly, this article also makes further research through a typical case study called as “Trust Anxin Chungao” which relates to right of gaining profits on specific assets. Last but not the least, this paper makes an outlook of the development on design and structure of such bank financial product.Due to the limitation of relevant research materials and my capability, this essay focuses on pragmatic research. The main reference material of this essay is largely composed of interbank investigation, internal and external regulatory documents and practical experiences, and the major method of research includes concept of induction and case study etc. Financial business on quasi-credit basis is a very important concept in practical field, but academic world does not expressly define this concept so far, not to say a theoretic research on the design and structure of such product. The deep research and choice of this topic precisely embodies the innovation of this paper. Nonetheless, given the restriction on certain objective conditions and my capabilities and energies, there still exists a large room to improve in terms of the objectivity, theoretical basis and depth of academic presented in this paper.
