Start-up Internet companies are different with traditional start-up enterprises. General speaking, start-up internet company don't have large assets, also not too many people, it create value by combing the internet to form an innovative business model. The valuation methods for the start-up companies in the market are very limited, and more based on the experience and preferences of investors to judge, and the start-up Internet companies are more so. This paper focuses on the problem of the value assessment of the start-up Internet companies by quantitative method. It will promote the development of assessment method of start-up internet company.There is a big uncertainty about future development of start-up internet enterprises; many factors will have a far-reaching impact on it. According to the study, this paper will mainly analyses influence factors, include four main aspects of enterprise development, Team, Technology, Business models and Channel capacity. This paper is based on the actual cases, a combination of four factors, and according to the results of the analysis of the enterprise discounted cash flow to judge the results, the result will show the value of the enterprise.With the development of multi-level capital market in China, small enterprises and medium enterprises have a wider platform; the market will attract more and more attention. Inevitably, the requirements of assessment of small enterprises and medium-sized enterprises will clear. In the future, more standard evaluation method will come to support market's development.
