| As the acceleration of the process of economic globalization,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,as well as the competition between talent. Core staff master the core knowledge in the process of enterprise development,technology and management experience, having a profound impact on the development of enterprises. And the replacement cost of the core staff makes companies concern more about them. It can be said that the stability of the core staff relate to many aspects of enterprise development. However,the core staff is the main object of contention between many companies in the industry,which sprout out causes of losing core employees,and lead enterprise core staff turnover. This paper takes C&W which faces serious core staff turnover for example,briefly describes the process of development and current status of the enterprise,and point out the positive role of core employees in the company’s development process. And through the data analysis, investigate and analyze the core staff turnover and the influencing factors.From the corporate environmental factors,internal management factors,employee personal factors three levels to analyze the factors affecting the loss of core staff. On the data basis of analysis leaving questionnaire,interview records and satisfaction questionnaire,it can be figured out that the company’s core staff turnover may be due to internal causes and main whereabouts. Then corresponding solutions for the loss of key employees turn out. That is to improve the competitive advantages of enterprises in the environment, improve the internal management mechanism of enterprises,and overall improve the enterprise staff quality.In this paper,the literature analysis,the case study method and survey method,through "questions- analysis of the problem- to solve the problem ",make the human resource managers of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises aware of the importance of the loss of the core staff. At the same time,this paper digs the most direct and important aspects from the impact of the loss of key employees,giving proposals to retain core staff using countermeasures. The research results of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises,as well as other industry enterprises have some reference to the meaning and application value. |
