Payment activities is an important part of modern financial activities. Its distinctive performance is universality and basic. With the advent of the era of big data, Internet as a new formats have sprung up emerging enterprises constantly and new mode of payment rely on the three big advantages about its platform, large retail customer resources and big data. With alipay, we chat payments as the leading representative of the emergence of financial derivatives and rapid development. All the eyes of the whole society are focused on the Internet third-party payment. Internet third-party payment promote the development of the market economy. At the same time, it also exposed the business risk, financial risk management, credit risk and a series of problems. If the supervision and management can not be follow up timely, it would trigger a market systemic risk. That will put forward new and grave challenges to the existing legal norms and regulations.In this paper, the research is targeted on the nascent Internet third-party payment. We discussed the definition of third-party payment, industry characteristics and development in this paper. Meanwhile, this paper focus on analysis the Internet payment risks and points out the innovative third-party payment facing a lot of problem, for example, how to define the legal status of regulatory level is low, the market access system is imperfect, customer information, and the problem of capital safety risk and so on. On the basis of reference related practices at home and abroad, In order to offer help to the Internet third-party payment to have a orderly and efficient development. This paper puts forward to combining the government regulation and industry self-discipline to help its development in the future.
