Research On Incase Operational Risk Management Of Longjiang Bank

Since the 1990 s,there were many cases of huge losses due to operational risk. In recent years, there are more and more incidents of property damage caused by incase operational risk and the loss scale is also growing, so incase operational risk management has become an important issue of commercial banks.Longjiang Bank supported by the Heilongjiang provincial government, was formally established in November, 2009. Since the establishment, it adhere to the market positioning: "for agriculture-oriented industries, for SMEs, for the local economy," promote characteristics of the agricultural road and has achieved an outstanding performance of an average annual growth rate of 28.6 % and five-year total assets grew 143%. With the continuous expansion of business business scale, the risks Longjiang banks faced is also increasing. For example,the incase operating risk events caused by irregularities recently, although not cause financial loss, but fully exposed the existence problems of the Longjiang Bank incase operational risk management, and it needs to be improved.Therefore, this article conducted in-depth research of Longjiang Bank incase operational risk management, hoping that through the implementation of the new risk management program of Longjiang Bank, and the risk faced by the bank can be reduced so that the Longjiang Bank can develop rapidly, healthily and stably.This paper studied on Longjiang Bank incase operational risk on the basis of much relevant literature at home and abroad on operational risk.
