With the development of information technology and the globalization of economy, the operating environment of the enterprise has been changed radically. In the face of the dynamic environment, we must constantly improve the implementation of the strategy in order to achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises and achieve sustainable development. At the same time, it also produced the research in the dynamic environment of enterprise strategy execution problem of the reality demand. Dynamic environment puts forward higher requirements to enterprise's strategy execution, and organizational learning provides a concrete method to improve the execution of the strategy. In this paper, we use empirical research methods to explore the impact of organizational learning on the strategic execution in dynamic environment. On the basis of the existing theory, from the intensity of the competition to study dynamic enterprise environment, organizational learning points for exploring attempt, information gathering and sharing migration four dimensions, strategy execution is divided into strategic consensus, strategy synergy and strategic control of three dimensional analysis of screening,, and build the dynamic environment of organizational learning and strategy executive force between the two models, then through a questionnaire survey to collect data and correlation analysis and regression analysis of the obtained data, obtain the execution of the relationship between the various dimensions of force under the dynamic environment of organizational learning and strategic. According to the analysis results, it puts forward the suggestions to help enterprises to improve their strategic execution. In the dynamic environment, the enterprise only by constantly training management and employees of organizational learning and strategic consciousness, improve the ability to learn and execute the enterprise managers and employees, in order to success of enterprise strategy execution and lay a good foundation.
