In modern commercial society today, corporate social responsibility is no longer a unfamiliar term. This conception passed from the last century to China, has been gradually recognized by domestic enterprises and consumers. In reality, corporate social responsibility is a double bladed sword, which acts as not only barriers to trade of both parties, but also encourages enterprises to promote the management philosophy, to maintain the sustainable development of human society. The international community is increasingly concerned about it. Currently,if domestic manufacturer does not achieve social responsibility authentication by specified organization, it can not properly carry out international trade. Even in the domestic market, the lack of awareness of corporate social responsibility will make enterprises' competition location in the market be at a disadvantage. In view of the importance of corporate social responsibility for China's foreign trade enterprises, as well as the importance for sustainable development of society, the paper advocates that it has a realistic value to lucubrate this theme.This paper firstly describes corporate social responsibility research achievements and results in the theoretical circles at home and abroad.It is indicating that the enterprises should not only undertake fundamental economic responsibility,which to make a profit, but also bear the social responsibility and care for many stakeholders' interests.Obviously,this has become an overwhelming view in the world today. Secondly, paper sums up and analyses the appearing backgrounds of corporate social responsibility as well as the issues related to this theory.Furtherly,the paper clarifies that this phenomenon is rational and legitimate.So corporate social responsibility will be with great prospect. Next, from presentation of actual cases, you can see that the corporate social responsibility strategy applied to business practices was beneficial to business success and progress of human civilization. Again, this paper introduces the current situation of domestic enterprises concerning to corporate social responsibility in China.lt shows the gap between China and Western developed countries in this area.Particularly,the paper points out the rationality of establishing corporate social responsibility strategy.This will be a necessary approach to business transformation and upgrading for all enterprises.The paper takes X foreign trade company as a model to show the significance of establishing a corporate social responsibility strategy based on the analysis of the company's business. As a attempt, the paper designs a strategic positioning,a strategic objective, a strategic layout and implementation of strategic management and other major strategic ideas for this company.lt holds that corporate social responsibility should be raised to the level of enterprise competitive strategy. Accordingly,a matching comprehensive grand strategy of corporate social responsibility could be constructed to enhance company's competitive advantage.Finally, the paper uses the diamond model by Michael E.Porter to highlights that if enterprise build a long-term scientific corporate social responsibility strategy,it can be asserted that enterprise is to enter the Blue Ocean of business competition.Meanwhile,it may obtain the core competitiveness which will greatly enhance the competitive advantage.Conclusively, Chinese enterprises may contribute to the sustainable development of Chinese economy with their successful upgrading.
