The land issue is the most basic one of the three agriculture problems in China, and the land system is the most basic one in rural China. The system of the unified and decentralized management on the basis of Household’s Contract Management is the foundation of basic rural economic system in our country. This system has significant advantages. At the same time, there are also some shortcomings. In a certain historical period, household contract responsibility system greatly aroused the farmers’ enthusiasm for production, prompted the rational allocation of agricultural resources, and promoted the overall efficiency of agriculture leap.So it is recognized as a historic leap in agricultural development in the history of China.Stepped into the new century, the household contract responsibility system constantly apparent drawbacks, mainly in small-scale decentralized management of rural land can’t adapt to the development of modern agriculture, which has hampered to some extent, the future of China’s agricultural development and farmers’ income. In this paper,we take farmers as the main beneficiary and use the individual rural household as the basic unit, and we make 24 counties(county-level cities)of Henan province as a sample. We subdivide the study of the behavior of rural household land mobility for farmers into the behavior of the land transfer behavior, farmers without land circulation behavior of individual aspects respectively.First, the article researches in the literature in order to make an analysis based on the basic situation of Henan province’s major grain producing areas’ farmers land transfer, characteristics and problems.Secondly, based on field research by using the Logistic regression model to the data for scientific statistical analysis of the main factors that influence farmers to get into and turn out. Finally,on the basis of empirical analysis in this paper,we combine with the actual situation in the region, from policy support, industry optimization, social security and financial support these four aspects to make suggestions. |
