Research On Risk Of IT Service Offshore Outsourcing

With the rapid development of computer technology and Internet, offshore outsourcing of IT services is widely used. Offshore outsourcing of IT services brings convenience to the enterprise but also contains huge risk. On IT services offshore outsourcing research has made many achievements, but risk analysis is not deep enough, risk assessment is not scientific and rational and other issues. In view of the above problems, the status of IT service offshore outsourcing summary, combined with fuzzy sets and group decision theory establishes a fuzzy group decision model of IT service outsourcing risk of comprehensive evaluation.In-depth analysis the risk of IT service offshore outsourcing, caused by the impact and via del illegal,find cause adverse effects on the risk factors of offshore outsourcing of IT services, the risk classification, establish IT services offshore outsourcing risk evaluation index system.In order to solve the IT risk assessment of offshore outsourcing service complexity, uncertainty and ambiguity problems, put forward the risk evaluation fuzzy rough cluster decision model of group decision making model. Firstly, applying AHP and cluster group decision model to obtain the weights of evaluation indexes; Secondly, scoring evaluation of IT outsourcing risk degree and the level of risk, and then evaluate the semantic evaluation are transformed into triangular fuzzy numbers, determine the weights of evaluation among the use of each evaluator distance, calculate the degree of risk comprehensive risk fuzzy expected value by the use of fuzzy evaluation method of group decision making, risk probability and the fuzzy expected value of risk, and process.At the end of this thesis, based on the main reasons of the risk of IT service offshore outsourcing, put forward the corresponding risk control strategy.
