Research On The Credit Risk Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises

As economic development, the small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) become more and more important, which makes the problem of financing SMEs has become increasingly prominent, must be resolved. The appearance of supply chain finance(SCF) has come up a new way to solve the financing predicament of SMEs. With the development of SCF, SMEs should consider how to choose the financing mode which is the fastest and costs lowest, meanwhile the banks should consider the various risks of the loan transactions, especially the credit risk of SMEs.The paper introduces the background and significance of the research by current status of SMEs financing and SCF development, then analyzes the SME credit risks for the SCF model in Lishui area to find out the main influencing factors and build the model to distinguish the credit risks, and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to estimate and compare the SME credit risks in the specific cases. After that the paper figures out the problems and risks of the SCF in Lishui area and puts forward corresponding suggestions, finally, makes a summarize of the full text and the prospect of further research.After a series of above research analysis, this paper's research conclusion is:in the face of SME financing problem, based on the SCF financing mode is the optimal choice. However, due to the lack of the credit risk assessment specification, the development of SCF comes into a bottleneck. In this article, I hope that through the establishment of SME credit risk evaluation index system under the model of SCF, prompting banks to be confident in SCF business, so as to promote the haelthy and sustainable development of SMEs.
