Energy is an important material basis for national economic construction and social development and people's lives. Social development and energy supply is very conspicuous as the rapid development of China's economy. In order to accelerate the development of new energy, the government has introduced a series of systems and measures to encourage the development of new energy industry and support for new energy power connect grid. With the vigorous development of the new energy industry, the contradiction between occupy large land area and low efficiency of the land unit is becoming more and more obvious. As a combination of photovoltaic power station and fishery, fishery and photoelectricity integration achieve the upper layer generate power, lower layer caltivation fish, with the characteristics of fishery and photoelectricity complementary?one land used two purpose, Without changing nature of the land under the premise of effective utilization of land resources, which can greatly improve the economic value of the unit area. In the increasingly scarce land resources in the southeast region, the project is not only for the promotion of photovoltaic power generation in the region to provide unlimited opportunities, but also has played a good role model to promote the development of photovoltaic industry in the region.This article first from the new energy industry policy and the constraints of the current conditions, the first proposed the construction of the project background and the necessity of building. Secondly, the paper summarizes the feasibility study theory. Again, from the project market analysis, technical scheme research, financial analysis of the three major aspects of the feasibility of the project, Jiangsu Province, the power gap will further expand, the project condition of connect grid is good, the power sales market prospect is good; through technical scheme research shows that the water on the surface of large-scale photovoltaic power station is feasible, and calculate the power of station generation; Through financial analysis, power generation benefits calculation, profitability analysis, sensitivity analysis proves that the project is economically feasible,And the impact of the project on the environment has been evaluated, environment has no effect in the construction period and operation period,and the construction of the project is feasible from the perspective of environment. Finally, summarized the conclusions and suggestions of this paper, and the project is feasible.
