The Influencing Factors Of Producer Services' Development In Shandong Province

According to <The classification of producer services(2015)>,which the national bureau of statistics releases,combining with<The classification of national economic sectors(GB/T 4754-2011)>,producer services is determined as transport,storage and postal services,information transmission,software and information technology,wholesale and retail trades,hotels and catering services,financial intermediation,leasing and business services,scientific research and technical services.Based on the review on the present research and the current situation of producer services and its sectors in Shandong Province,comparing with the Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Guangdong,the problems of producer services are analyzed in this paper: traditional service industry accounts for a major and the level of development is low;its sectors develop unevenly and the gap is larger;the growth rate is low and the dynamics of development is insufficient.According to the above problems,from the aspect of demand and supply,the factors affecting producer services are defined in this paper,factors from the aspect of demand include the demand from domestic,industry and foreign market,the openness of the market,the economic growth rate,the level of industrial structure,the level of urbanization.Factors from the aspect of supply include the level of labor,capital,technology and information: the population of labor of the second industry and the third industry.Using SPSS20.0 measurement software,using data from the year of 1984 to 2014,respectively regarding the added value of producer services industry,the growth rate of producer services industry,the added value of its sectors in Shandong Province as the explaining variable,the factors from the aspect of demand and supply index as the independent variable,stepwise regression analysis is used in this paper then.The conclusions in this paper are,firstly,the growth of producer services and its sectors are mainly dependent on domestic consumption demand,the industrial demand has a negative impact,and the foreign demand is not significant.Secondly,the growth rate of producer services depends on the economic growth rate,the level of market openness and the level of information.Thirdly,the optimization of the industrial structure is conducive to the growth of the emerging producer services.Fourthly,capital,the input of science and technology investment in the industry generally has a promotion.Fifthly,the influence of the level of urbanization and the input of labor are differently from the industry and the direction.
