Research On The Scenic Eco-tourism Planning Of Bamboo-sea Of HengShan

Tourism becomes progressively one of the main pillar industries in China and a new growth point of the national economy. NanYue Mountain is rich in tourism resources and profound inside information. HengShan bamboo-sea can be regarded as the rare bamboo forests in the Hunan province with Mao bamboo as predominant species. Considering the practical situation of back hills of NanYue Mountain, especially the resources advantages of 'East lake' bamboo-sea, accomplishing reasonable ecotourism planning of HengShan bamboo-sea scenic, vigorously promoting the eco-tourism development of back hills of NanYue Mountain has extremely important significance for the tourism development of HengShan county, and even regional economic development.Through the introduction of conception, focusing on development of experience tourism products and cultural creative concept, combined with the current domestic and foreign tourism planning theory and practice, bamboo forest of back hills of' NanYue Mountain ecotourism planning is treated as a significant case herein. With the combination of theory and practice, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, it highlights the importance of NanYue Mountain Bamboo Forest eco-tourism planning. It also emphasizes that the scientific nature of the tourism planning is of important significance to the development of tourism scenic spots.Hengshan bamboo-sea tourism resources for the category were summarized. Quantitative evaluation of the tourism resources was implemented. Moreover, the SWOT analysis of the development conditions and the tourist market and consumption structure analysis were carried out. Hengshan bamboo-sea tourism development overall planning follows the resource saving and environment friendly principles, integrated planning principles and the protection and development considered-together principle and so on. The seven villages in the town of East Lake were treated as the core of the scenic spot, with the short, medium and long-term planning formulated. It aimed to create a well-known ecotourism resort, driving economic, social and cultural development in an all-round way of back hills of NanYue Mountain, with the construction of'ecological bamboo','cultural bamboo' and'leisure bamboo'. Hengshan bamboo-sea tourist area was divided into nine major functional areas, and DaMaShan bamboo core tourist area was regarded as the core one, with the overall layout of tourism products implemented. The guarantee and supporting facilities for implementation of the project include infrastructure planning, disaster prevention and safety planning, environmental health and pollution control planning. A specific plan for the near future, the medium-term construction in present project was accomplished. The environmental benefits, social benefits and economic benefits of it were analyzed.
