Research On Financial Support Of Rural Cooperative Economy In Hunan Province

Rural cooperative economy is an important form of the rural economy, also an important force of rural economic development,and its development cannot do without financial support. In recent years, although the financial support of rural cooperative economy in Hunan province increased, but compared to the financial needs of rural economic development of Hunan province, the support is still not enough. Therefore, how to strengthen the financial support of the rural cooperative economy is worthy of further research,also has important realistic significance to the development of rural economy.This article combined with survey, interviews and reference research results, using rural cooperative economic and financial theory, mainly studies the following contents:(1) Basic theory of rural cooperative economic and financial support.Rural cooperative economy has characteristics of strong and professional cooperation,more democratic management, huge difference in areas.Otherwise, its development affected by level, degree, supporting environment of cooperative economic organization, agricultural character itself,etc; deeping financial reform, improving the scale and efficiency of rural cooperative economic,optimizing the structure of rural cooperative economic and financial support, can promote the development of rural cooperative economy. (2)The development of rural cooperative economy in Hunan province. At present, Hunan rural cooperative economy is still in the stage of farmers' professional cooperatives development,quantity of rural cooperative economic grow more quickly but its proportion is low, the scale of operation expands while its strength is not strong, industry chain is short, business is relatively concentrated. Besides, there is some problems of no standard organization, incomplete system and extensive management.(3) The current situation of financial support for rural cooperative economy in Hunan province.The source of funds in Hunan Province relays on internal financing,the funding gap is huge. Although the rural credit cooperatives financial supply increases, compared to the financial needs of rural cooperative economy, its supply scale is still insufficient, structure is not reasonable, support efficiency is low, suppressed further development of Hunan rural cooperative economy. Among of these,there has some reasons in short of financial supplies and demands,also relate to the poor situation of financial support. (4) The domestic and foreign rural cooperative economic and financial support experience. Macroscopically, the government attaches great importance to rural cooperative economic and financial support, establish and improve the system of financial support and related legal, credit, risk prevention and control system; microcosmically, implement the rural cooperative economic organization credit cooperation,enhance its financing capacity of rural cooperative economic organization. (5) Enhance the rural cooperative economic and financial support measures in Hunan province. To provide a sound financial supply system of main body, a wide variety of financial products and financial innovation support mode, improve the efficiency of financial support, enhance the development of the rural cooperative economy of financial supply; To enhance the strength of the rural cooperative economic organizations, regulate the internal management, to enrich the basis of financial demand; To complete the credit system, insurance guarantee system and policy system, to optimize the environment of rural cooperative economic and financial support.To accelerate the development of rural cooperative economy in Hunan need to increase financial support,and strengthen financial support to develop financial supply,and strengthen the rural cooperative economic organization and the strength of the construction,and optimize the financial support environment.
