Study On Inventory Management Of Agricultural Companies

Inventory is an important physical assets of agricultural companies, it is not only related to the level of agricultural enterprises and the efficiency of capital operation,but also be an important factor to determine the financial situation of agricultural companies. With the development of science and technology, the level of inventory management is particularly important to the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises, and to strengthen inventory management has become the consensus of the development of agricultural companies. Through the implementation of the correct inventory management method, to improve the circulation speed and management level of enterprise inventory, in order to ensure the economic efficiency of enterprises.Inventory of agricultural listed companies are mainly in raw materials, products and finished products these three categories, this paper selects Wanfu graduate, green earth, Caoyuanxingfa, Lantian stock as the research object, giving a detailed analysis of the inventory management of agricultural listed companies facing the storage and measurement problems. First, from the level of industry, agriculture and manufacturing industry and construction industry compared to other industries,agricultural company inventory management is more prone to have problems, from the concrete manifestation of the agricultural enterprise inventory management, the problems in agricultural industry segments, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery encounter are different, but it is beyond doubt, as the typical representative for four listed agricultural companies, they all provides certain experience and lessons to agricultural problems of the inventory management.Secondly, through deeply digging to two links of the agricultural listed companie's custody and measurement, this paper finds out the reasons of which lead the problems of inventory management. Finally, this paper provide some suggests to the management of agricultural enterprises to overcome the failure from aspects of the government and enterprises, and the research and development are prospected.For the research of listed agricultural companies inventory management, I hope this paper not only can urge the development of agricultural listed company inventory management has a certain role in promoting, but also provide a reference for the reform of all the company inventory management system of the agricultural industry.This article is intended to warn agricultural enterprises to attach importance to inventory management, in order to strengthen management, mend the inventory management methods and improve economic efficiency.
