At present,only 3 dairy companies publish Corporate-Social-Responsibility Report,including Mengniu, Guangming, Yili dairy companies,and other unlisted company or group and rarely disclose information about dairy companies enterprise social responsibility. At the beginning of the 21 st century, the rapid development of dairy industry makes the relevant laws, regulations and monitoring technology is not synchronous, resulting in the industry as a whole social responsibility crack is more and more big, then appeared the various dairy products quality problems, let us begin to pay attention to it, and the social responsibility has served as a more comprehensive understanding. China's dairy industry Social Responsibility Evaluation for has not yet become a a complete and reasonable system, let a lot of blind pursuit of profit of dairy enterprises "swoop". Although the country has a relevant institutions and scholars have studied applicable to all enterprises social responsibility index system, but because each industry there are differences, so these studies for the dairy industry is not enough feasible. Of course scholars of our country has already begun for the research on the social responsibility of different industries, but in various industries and the social responsibility index system have not yet attained to a comprehensive system, the business study of comprehensive benefit evaluation of impact.According to the characteristic of the supply chain of the dairy industry, find the link between social responsibility, and further to the Balanced Scorecard as the tool, the selection of the most representative and public disclosure, and in accordance with the characteristics of the dairy industry social responsibility index, the index weight setting AHP, construct and contrast and take on all enterprises earlier in the literature of unified social responsibility index system.Through the study found that the dairy industry, customers become the most important dimensions, and in the dairy listing Corporation CSR information disclosure, find the enterprises do not pay attention to the rights and interests of the consumers, the event happened earlier don't make a better performance, it is likely to cause a "melamine incident".Therefore, it is the most important task.
