The Research On Finance Sustainable Growth Of Listed Power Companies

In the modern fierce market competition,achieve sustained growth in corporate value is a required course of each enterprise to face and a strategic guidance throughout each enterprise.How to achieve the goal of dynamic balance between real growth rate of enterprise expansion and its own resources which now can achieve sustainable growth,becomes the most important business management in inter-enterprise business process.The power industry is a very important energy sector and priority is placed on the basic industry,supporting the development of other industries.Thus,whether the electric power industry can achieve sustainable growth or not should arouse enough attention.Firstly,the article describes the research background and significance of the subject.Then it introduces the current research situation and theoretical basis of empirical research of domestic and foreign scholars on sustainable growth.And then,this paper proposes a method of research and content of this article used.Articles use the Van Horn Financial model which is widely accepted in the business management to study the sustainable growth rate of financial situation of listed power companies,and compare with the actual growth rate.The results show there was a significant difference between the two growth within the study period,and then use the calculation results of Wilcoxon signed rank to verify the actual growth rate is greater than the sustainable growth rate which the company's current enterprise internal resources can be achieved.That is,the power of listed companies exist problem of excessive growth.This paper put forward the corresponding policy recommendations for high-speed and low-speed growth of power companies to promote sustainable and balanced development of the electricity industry.In summary,the study meaning of sustainable growth of the power industry is to find problems in business growth and take different measures according to different strategies of growth problems.And its essence is to find effective means of financial projections to achieve the dynamic balance between the business growth and internal resources.In order to achieve the long-term healthy and sustainable development and value-added business goals.
