Analysis Of Ecological Economy System Characteristics Of Gansu Province Based On The Energy-Ecological Footprint

The ecological environment is the foundation of human survival and development.The rapid development of social and economic,population increased dramatically,resource consumption and utilization unreasonable caused serious damage to the ecological system,resulting in ecological imbalance and environmental degradation.All kinds of phenomena seriously affect the survival and development of human beings.In this serious situation,the evaluation of ecological environment is particularly significant.Gansu Province listed in the convergence zone of the loess,the Qinghai Tibet and Inner Mongolia Plateau in northwest.It is the ecological fragile areas in upper reaches of the Yellow River.It has an important position in the "Yi dai yi lu".The ecological footprint of research,not only relates to Gansu social economic development and ecological security maintenance,but also relates to the northwestern region,even the whole China's ecological economic sustainable development.Therefore,the paper based on the energy-ecological footprint index to caculates 1978-2014 of ecological footprint of ecological capacity,ecological deficit and ecological pressure index in Gansu Province,aims to make an evaluation on real sustainable development of Gansu Province and to provide to provide a scientific basis and reference value,so as to promote the economic and social sustainable development.Research results show:First,More demands for ecological resources because of the large population in Gansu Province and the ecological carrying capacity has not kept pace with the growth rate of ecological footprint,leading to the ecological deficit increased year by year.The ecological pressure index also increased,and the ecological security is facing a severe test.The ecological environment in Gansu province is under great pressure,and the ecological system is not in a state of sustainable development,and this trend is likely to continue to extend.Second,although the ecological footprint per ten thousand yuan GDP is declining,but improving resource utilization efficiency of Gansu Province is still a long way.The diversity index of ecological footprint in Gansu province shows the trend of basic stability,so how to improve the diversity of ecological footprint is a problem that must be solved in the future.Although the development ability of the ecological economy system is increasing,but it is at the increase of the ecological footprint.Third,the social and economic development of Gansu is still in the extensive mode of economic development,and is not in a state of sustainable development.On the one hand,when Gansu get the economic benefits,its ecological pressure increased,which is the main reason for the continued expansion of ecological deficit.On the other hand,the operation of the economic system in Gansu province has a strong dependence on the ecosystem,and the ecosystem in turn has a restrictive effect on the economic system.The strong dependence of the economic system on the ecosystem shows that its economic development is extensive and unsustainable.Fourth,effects of the first industry in Gansu Province,the ecological footprint in direct effect is relatively large.The direct effect of the secondary industry of ecological footprint although smaller,but the indirect effect,generated by the total effect is very big.The direct effect and total effect of the third industry are numerical differences.Therefore,to optimize the industrial structure,vigorously develop the three industry will have a more significant effect.Finally,the above research results combined with the actual situation of the study area in Gansu Province,the land use rate and industrial structure,population and the concept of household consumption,we propose conterplans to made a controlled ecological deficit,and promote ecological and harmonious development of economic Gansu province..
