With the market in China for nearly ten years of business and leisure continues to expand, the hotel industry is also in rapid development. The number of domestic hotel rising, international hotel group quickly into the market, let the hotel supply in China increased greatly, more and more intense competition environment.This paper takes a local four Stars Hotel CS company as an example, analyzes and evaluates the current situation of the CS company's revenue management, and puts forward the problems in revenue management. At the same time, by using the demand analysis, pricing strategy, capacity control, and over scheduled revenue management strategy, the design of revenue management optimization scheme for CS company is carried out. To strengthen the research on China's hotel industry, revenue management, revenue management and the actual situation of China's hotel industry combination, has both theoretical and practical significance.
