In modern enterprises, performance management is an important part of human resource management. It is the key enterprises in the implementation of strategic objectives. How to design a set of performance management system which suitable to China's national conditions, has been an important goal of China's small and medium enterprises pursue. It is a very urgent task to Shenzhen Ke Anxin Company, which is going through the sales bottleneck.First it introduces the essence of enterprise background, then introduces the purpose and significance of this research, and then introduces the research content and structure of this paper. The second part introduces the related theory of performance management, mainly related to 360 degree performance management, key performance index method, and object management. The third part focuses on the basic situation of EMC Corporation, including the problems and causes of the product and sales. The fourth part from the whole to Ke Anxin Company, provides the design of performance management, and should pay attention to in the implementation of Shenzhen Ke Anxin Company. The fifth part, it gives a comparison to the new performance management system and the old one, it also give a case to analysis the Ke Anxin Company performance management system. The last is the conclusion.This highlight of the article is that most research literature targets are Large Firm, Multi-National Corporation's overall employee performance appraisal, salary management, is not suitable for small, miniature enterprise. Because the implementation of small businesses, and not so much special departments to carry out this work, for example Small and micro businesses have the human resources department, so this study attempts to provide a set of simple and easy to Small and micro businesses, but also a scientific and practical performance evaluation and salary mechanism, to stimulate and encourage the enthusiasm of the sales staff.
