The Relevance Research On Listed Commercial Banks' Intellectual Capital And Performance

Before the eighties, traditional production factors (Labour, land and capital) are the important resource for enterprises. But with the development of economic globalization, the role of intellectual capital in enterprise become more and more obvious, which gradually replaced the traditional production factors.In the same time, the enterprise become more and more depend on the intellectual capital and effective management to realize the maximization of corporate performance.This article will use the relationship of intellectual capital and performance of commercial bank as the main line, combine the existing research which related to intellectual capital to analyze the three components of intellectual capital, namely human capital, structural capital and customer capital. selecting the data of 16 commercial banks from 2009 to 2013. in the process of research, I take lessons from the predecessors of the existing research results, select employees' education degree, wage rate, per capita income, age structure, management fee per capita, per capita is equipped with the forehead, depth of the market, customer maintenance as explanatory variables; This article use the factor analysis of spss statistical analysis software to reflect the profitability, liquidity, security and development four aspects of eight indexes to concluded that the comprehensive performance of an enterprise; In order to avoid multicollinearity, I also select asset scale, asset-liability ratio as control variables. This paper use SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis software, by descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis methods, finally it is concluded that the above as explanatory variables are correlated with corporate performance, but there have different significantly. employees by education degree, age structure, the per capita amount, market depth is a significant influence on the performance of commercial banks. So I concluded that the commercial banks strengthen the intellectual capital development and management, to improve performance.At last according to the results to put forward suggestions of how to develop and manage intellectual capital.
