This management mode makes the collaboration and management relationship between the units to be equivalent exchange relationship with the price as the medium. It can effectively avoid the low efficiency of administrative membership relation management. Development of enterprise cannot separate the market mechanism. If the life insurance company was faced with severe tests from the external market. However, the enterprise is still the traditional internal management mode. This violates the economic law of development. The enterprise will face a crisis. Therefore, the internal marketable management of enterprise is necessary for economic development of enterprise.First, this thesis makes a summary of the internal marketization from the overseas and domestic research and implemented status at the present stage, as well as analyzing the experienced-framework of internal marketization. Following the guidance of experienced-framework, as well as the operating characteristics of the life insurance business, this thesis come up with some construction ideas of internal marketization of life insurance company system.Secondly, case study will be used in this thesis as the form of analyzing the application of the internal marketization in specific matters of life insurance companies. From the perspective of the company’s internal management structure, this thesis uses SWOT analysis and raises the problems existing in the management aspect, putting forward the method of improving in the internal market into these existing problems.Moreover, according to the theory of internal marketization, as well as the experience and framework of the internal marketization system construction as discussed in front, this thesis builds the management system of the internal marketization of the life insurance company. And there are 4 aspects carry on the design of the construction to the specific company about its internal.marketization system, is the main body of trading, object of transactions, settlement system and the coordination mechanism. Using the simulated method of the scenario analysis method and analyzes its effect after completion of the structure building. The effect can be divided into the following several aspects:the change of profit structure, the change of assets and liabilities management, the change of the way of performance appraisal, the change of profitability.Finally, putting forward the implementation and suggestions to the implementation of the company’s internal marketization by combining the present situation and the design with its internal marketization system constructed of the case company. |
