Financing Options For Small High-tech Enterprises Of Hunan Shinzoom

SMEs is more and more important in the development of the national economy, which has an irreplaceable role in promoting economy prosperity, creating employment, promoting technological innovation, and increasing national revenue. China's latest policies of the cancellation of the company's registered capital restrictions lead more SMEs to participating in the market economy activities, however, the development of SMEs generally face the financing difficult problem. Hunan Shinzoom Technology Co., Ltd, as a newly listing on the NEEQ, in growth period, needs a lot of money to develop. So how to finance becomes the primary concern for enterprise.This thesis used methods of literature study, linking theory with practice, combining of qualitative and quantitative to research on financing problems of the enterprise. The author comprehensively collected enterprise data to understand the enterprise's general situation, and analyzed financing situation from the financial condition, the financing process and the financing structure to study the enterprise's financing constraint and cause, which laid the foundation to design financing options. This design combined with the related financing theory, determining the goals and principles of financing, using the percentage of sales method of quantitative to forecast the demand for funds. Based on analyses of the choice of the financing way and the cost of financing, the author designed five financing options and evaluated its effect. Finally the thesis elected the best option and put forward four suggestions.The purpose of this thesis is effective in raising funds for development, expanding the single financing channel, improving internal financing ability,promoting long-term development, and also providing beneficial reference for solving our country SMEs financing difficulties.
