Because of the magmatic activity having Multi-phase nature, have a strong metamorphism and magmatism, and good mineralization geological conditions, rich ilmenite production.A brief analysis of the Income Approach method to assess the six major assessment methods, in accordance with their respective rationality and limitations, and ultimately selected two evaluation methods for the mineral rights, namely the discounted cash flow method and the method of residual profit its conduct mineral property evaluation.And then the results of the two methods above assessment results were compared and analyzed, and ultimately determine the discounted cash flow method is more appropriate valuation of the mineral rights, and proposed some problems with the remaining profit method for assessing the presence of mineral rights.
