Nowadays, technological progress and innovation is becoming the only way to take enterprises achieving everlasting. Yet the management is difficult to achieve it alone. In the enterprise, the employee is becoming the core power of the organization innovation as well as the competitive advantage. And the voice behavior(VB) of employees has been the focus of the theoretical and practical circles. Because it is the main way to express employees' innovative ideas and constructive ideas, and it not only can help organization improve the state of operation, to promote the organization's innovation and reform; but also can avoid the potential problems and crisis, as well as reduce the harmful behavior. It was found that, in the organization, the VB of the staff is often influenced by environmental factors and individual cognitive mechanism. Perceived organizational support(POS), as a kind of important contextual variables, usually influences the VB from Working Support, Identifying Value and Caring about well-being. In addition, employees ' affective commitment(AC) also provides a necessary preparation for their VB.Based on correlation theory, this paper constructed the theory analysis framework in “POS-AC-VB”, and then put forward the research hypotheses. Subsequently, based on the questionnaire survey, the author used SPSS and Amos to test the reliability and validity of the scale. At the same time, the collected data were analyzed for basic understanding of the research object. And this paper used statistical analysis to verify relationships between variables. The conclusions are as follows:(1) POS had a significant positive influence on employees' VB;(2) POS also had a significant positive influence on employees' AC;(3)AC had a significant positive influence on employees' VB;(4)AC was the mediator variable in the relationship between POS and VB.There are two main innovations in this research: Firstly, this paper chose the POS's three-dimensional model and VB's two-dimensional model, which met characteristics of Chinese employees and organized by domestic scholars. Then it analyzed the relationship between POS and VB from the factor level comprehensively and deeply. Through the empirical research, it confirmed POS had significant positive effects on employee's VB. Secondly, this paper introduced AC as a mediating variable, and constructed the research path of “POS-AC-VB”, then it verified the intermediary effect of AC after the questionnaire survey, and also supplemented and perfected the relevant theory of the domestic research. Implications for management: Implement differentiated management by personal characteristics; Comprehensively improve employees' POS level; Cultivate employees' AC; Motivate employees to offer advice from different channels.
