Helping micro, small and medium enterprises financing, optimizing the allocation of resources are the core function of regional equity exchange market. Regional equity exchange center are the organizers and managers of the market.All the center employees should cherish and maintain their own social credibility. For the purpose of giving service for small and medium-sized enterprises, creating a favorable policy and regulatory environment, optimizing the evaluation process and efficiency of investment institutions and other kinds of factors of financial resources, enriching in all kinds of service products, providing comprehensive financial services for the enterprises, these factors will help our regional equity exchange market build well.At first, this paper describes the situation about the origin of regional equity exchange center, development status and the necessary. Then based on the OTC foreign exchange market system and development experiences, combined with the current development of Chinese OTC market, the Central Equity Exchange Center has many features and shortcomings. While there are still many problems about no unified profit model and stable revenue source. Finally, focusing on institution building market system, profit model, trading products and optimize value-added multi-point, this paper suggest to improve the development of regional equity exchange markets from the micro and macro aspects.
