The Research On Development Of Oil-Camellia Industry In Yongshun County

Hunan is China's major oil-camellia producing areas, has a long history of cultivation, the tea planting area accounts for almost one-third of the country, the output of oil-camellia is to occupy half of the country. Yongshun county belongs to Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture of Hunan province, which is a national poverty county have long history of operating oil-camellia and a good natural environment. The oil-camellia industry has important significance to the economic development of the Yongshun. This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign oil palm, olive oil, soybean, rapeseed industry research status by reading literature. Based on access to information and investigation, the paper analyzes the status quo of Hunan oil-camellia industry base construction, breeding, processing, policy and development model, and discusses its development prospects from four aspects of sustainability, fine varieties, diversification and scale.In this paper, through the SWOT analysis of industry development Camellia Yongshun oil-camellia industry development, found that the county has the advantages of natural condition, land resource, technology, labor; has the inferiority of extensive management, processing and utilization of lag, funding shortage, the difficulty of land intensive, aging trees, variety degeneration, oil-camellia resources and area continued to decrease; facing the opportunities of government support, huge demand and good comprehensive benefits; Encounter the impact of other provinces, awareness lack, insufficient government investment, cost increase, small farmers awareness, market promotion difficult and other challenges.Then, on the basis of SWOT used DEMATEL method to analyze the Yongshun oil-camellia industry development. The analysis results show:(1) According to the central degree index of the factors, the order of its size was: (F3) Cultivate leading enterprises,6.203; (F8) Organization and leadership,5.573; (F2) Capital investment,5.145; (F5) Breeding base construction,5.024; (F1) Government protection policy,4.940; (F7) Technical training,4.752; (F6) Scientific research investment,4.739; (F4) Business model,4.289; (F9) Market regulation, 3.314. The higher the value, the more key it was.(2) According to the reasons index, the reason-factor ranks as the size of the order was:(F1) Government protection policy,1.907; (F2) Capital investment,1.347. These factors has a great influence on the other factors, directly influence the Yongshun oil-camellia industry development, were important factors to promote it.(3) According to the reasons index, the top three results factors was:(F3) Cultivate leading enterprises,-0.977; (F4) Business model,-0.872; (F7) Technical training,-0.542; (F5) Breeding base construction,-0.346; (Ye) Scientific research investment,-0.323; (F8) Organization and leadership,-0.104; (F9)Market regulation,-0.091. These factors were easy to be affected by other factors, and very active in the whole process. In practice, we can reverse reasoning the source, promote the problem solving.At last, according to the analysis results to put forward suggestions from the following 9 aspects:Cultivate leading enterprises; Organization and leadership; Capital investment; Breeding base construction; Government protection policy; Technical training; Scientific research investment; Business model; Market regulation. Hope to provide a reference for the development of oil-camellia industry in Yongshun county.
