Research On The Development Of Commercial Health Insurance In Gansu Province

In recent years,with the rapid development of economy in Gansu,the living standard of the people in Gansu has been improved significantly.More and more people in Gansu began to be increasingly concerned about health problems,as a result,the demand for health care is increasing day by day.Commercial health insurance,as an indispensable important part of multi-level social medical security system in Gansu,plays an increasingly important role in public health protection of Gansu.At the same time,under the background of "New Normal",the development of commercial health insurance in Gansu has a very important significance for the construction of modern insurance services industry in Gansu.However,at present,the overall development of commercial health insurance in Gansu is still lagging behind,there is an urgent need to study it to promote its further development.In view of the importance for the development of commercial health insurance in Gansu,the paper aims to sort out summarizing the current situation of commercial health insurance in Gansu through in-depth study,and analyze the supply and demand factors that influence the development of commercial health insurance in Gansu,then put forward with some realistic and constructive opinions for the development of commercial health insurance in Gansu,which to some extent can facilitate the development of Gansu commercial health insurance.In this paper,the commercial health insurance of Gansu is studied through five kinds of analysis methods,which are comparative analysis method,literature research method,logical reasoning and graphics expression in combination with phase method,qualitative analysis method and questionnaire method.The full text is divided into five chapters to carry on the related elaboration.The first chapter clears topic research background,purpose and significance,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research achievements inthe field of commercial health insurance,which provides solid and reliable theoretical basis for this study of Gansu commercial health insurance.The second chapter makes a comparative analysis to the relative concepts of commercial health insurance,and systematically expounds the three economic theories of developing the commercial health insurance: wooden barrel theory,state intervention theory,welfare pluralism theory,which are helpful to deepen the cognition of commercial health insurance.The third chapter takes to analyzing and summarizing the obtained progress and existing problems of commercial health insurance in Gansu on the basis of the current situation of Gansu commercial health insurance.The fourth chapter summarizes supply and demand factors which influence the development of Gansu commercial health insurance,and the demand factors are obtained by the questionnaire and using SPSS statistical software for analysis.The last chapter puts forward constructive suggestions to promote the development of commercial health insurance in Gansu from two aspects related to the insurance company and government administrative department on the basis of the previous chapters.
