Monetary Policy Research On The Effect Of Dynamic Adjustment Of Corporate Capital Structure

At present,the international economic situation,the domestic econom downward pressure is bigger.It is to our country macroeconomic policy formulation test are put forward.Monetary policy as an important means of regulating macro economy,play an important role in the economic adjustment.Company as a basic part of China's social and economic development,achieve the macroeconomic objectives is indispensable,and the adjustment of the company's capital structure is an important factor in the development of the company further.Research shows that the company's capital structure will be as the company's macro environment and the company's own characteristics in the dynamic adjustment.So,monetary policy and the company's capital structure dynamic adjustment is related.Based on the existing research results,this paper first analyzed the monetary policy conduction mechanism of the impact of corporate capital structure dynamic adjustment,and then based on the transmission mechanism analysis,get that monetary policy with the company's capital structure is related to relationship and make a research hypothesis.In addition,this paper put the total sample in accordance with the company size,company profitability and the company's regional grouping,discussed under the effect of monetary policy,the three factors,which affect the company's capital structure will be the impact of dynamic adjustment of capital structure,and a correlation analysis was carried out.Then using dynamic adjustment model of capital structure of our country gem made an empirical analysis of listed companies,and related results are obtained.Finally,there are empirical results research conclusion.
