Due to the maximization of economic benefits by human beings,it is very easy to emerge the by-products which can affect the corporate social responsibility reputation.The events of one subject of interest damaging the rights of other interest subjects come out in an unending flow,which affects the sustainable development of enterprises in the future.As an important component of the economy,the enterprises should not only pay attention to the pursuit of economic interests,but also should not ignore the interests of relevant stakeholders and the sustainable development of enterprises.At the same time of pursuing economic interests,the enterprises should pay more attention to consumer issues,environmental problems,charity and political donations and health and safety issues,etc.So as to promote the corporate social responsibility and the sustainable development of the whole society.Due to the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents in recent years,such as "the melamine" event of sweeping the dairy products enterprise,the "poisonious Tofu" & "poisonious vermicelli" event,and "Lean meat powder" & "beef paste" event,etc.The exposure of these events makes us as consumers not only lose the confidence for the performance status of corporate social responsibility in food and beverage industry,but also pay more and more attention to the information disclosure situation.This paper takes the Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter called as Yili shares),which is the representative enterprise of food and beverage industry,as an example.Based on the compliance theory,information asymmetry theory,stakeholder theory and the theory of sustainable development,and by using the four strategies of Lindblom(1994)information disclosure,this paper analyzes the corporation society responsbility information disclosure and information disclosure strategy of Yili shares.The case analysis process is mainly from three aspects: Inspection and comparison of corporation society responsbility information disclosure quantity,quality inspection and comparison & disclosure.And the data sources of the anlysis is from the three corporate citizenship reports,financial reports from 2009 to 2014 published by Yili shares,and Social Responsibility Rating Report of third party.By using the method of content analysis and descriptive statistics,the corporation society responsbility information disclosure strategy of Yili shares is analyzed.The paper obtains the following three conclusions through the data analysis: The more high quality corporation society responsbility information disclosed by enterprises,the more help in improving the financial situation of enterprises will have;The higher degree of public opinion in industry characteristic index,the more contents in the disclosure information will be;The enterprise is not willing to take the disclosure of information by strategy 1 for the higher degree of public opinion in industry characteristic index,namely the disclosure process lacks factual description,but focuses on other aspects instead.Finally,according to the results of the case study,the existing problems and suggestions for improvement are put forward.
