After the reform and opening,with the rapid development of China's real estate industry,real estate advertising industry is also rapid rise.A large number of experts and scholars began to study of real estate advertising industry,the main content of the research are the problems existing in the real estate advertising industry and how to respond to and resolve these problems,and research on how to implement the control of real estate advertising programs.Because the real estate market overheating,house prices are too high,the Chinese government have issued a series of housing market regulation and control policy,the credit limit "policy is getting heavier and heavier,more and more.In real estate market competition into the white-hot stage,the real estate enterprises have to find high qualification,high management level of the real estate advertising company,increase the propaganda and promotion of the project,to attract more consumers.In reality,however,many real estate advertising company in the implementation and carry out advertising project,a variety of problems,such as the scope of the project is not clear,the high cost,low promotion effect,progress lag and so on.Real estate advertising company need to overcome these problems,the better way is to use real estate advertising as a project to do,on the theory of project management and knowledge to manage advertising projects,promote the success of advertising project implementation.The purpose of this study is to apply the theory of project management in the real estate advertising project,guide the advertising project implement and execute successfully,at the same time hope to experts and scholars study the practice and application of project management in other industries some hints.This paper combines the theoretical research and empirical analysis of the research method,theory with practice,by examples,to enhance paper convincing.After research,finally it is concluded that the success of the project management of real estate advertisement project implementation play a very important role in the conclusion.
