Economic globalization makes the China enterprises to obtain a broader market space, but also faces enormous challenges. Chinese enterprise and world advanced production enterprises is not only the gap between the advanced equipment gap, ways and methods of management still has great difference. Lean production in foreign manufacturing enterprises in the use of very common, it is the advanced mode of production. The core idea of lean production is to eliminate waste, all exist in the waste are not allowed, can be reduced or eliminated by improving, its ultimate goal is not to waste. The idea of lean production management mode of production based on,can make the enterprises in the production management of the waste phenomenon has been improved, improve the efficiency of enterprises,Firstly from the lean production to eliminate waste angle analysis, enterprises have eight waste and which aspects of the waste, and then adopt qualitative and quantitative combined analysis method and problems existed in JX company production site analysis, found that JX enterprise mainly exist in site management confusion, raw material inventory control is not scientific, the facility layout is unreasonable situation. Finally, according to the problems of enterprises, this paper puts forward the implementation of 5S management, the use of EOQ model with a price discount and the use of SLP method to optimize the layout of the facilities of the enterprise, the optimization of the enterprise. In order to improve the performance of the improved effect, this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative comparison of the enterprise status before and after the improvement.
