The Analysis Of Quality Cost Management In The Expresee Logistics Enterprise

At present in the age of economic globalization,the market demands for product quality continues to improve.Within the same industry,there are a number of enterprises participate in the competition,so that the market share has been subdivided,the profitability of the enterprise decline.Therefore,enterprises have to start from the internal control of quality costs,to win more profits.Quality cost is like "gold in mine",which can be put into use in order to save the high quality cost within less input.Facing the reality of fierce competition of domestic logistics industry and the low gross profit rate,the logistics enterprises should improve their service quality and service level,in the same time,they should strengthen their own quality and cost management,to control the quality of the cost in a reasonable way,in order to do better for reducing expenditure.This paper first introduces the basic concept of quality cost,and on the basis of the research on the quality cost management and control of logistics enterprises,analysis the impact factors of the quality of logistics enterprises,from the staff,service,operation and other aspects to analysis,and put forward the cost control from the customer aspect,which provide the reference basis for the quality cost improvement and control of the express logistics enterprises,to make the enterprise develop better.On the basis of the theoretical analysis of domestic and international logistics quality and logistics cost,this paper analyze the current situation,the existing problems and the reasons of the logistics quality cost control of domestic express enterprises.Taking SF-Express Ganzhou branch as an example,this paper analyze how to realize the balance and coordination between logistics quality and logistics cost,which makes the enterprise logistics quality cost to reach the best level,at the same time,improve the enterprise's competitiveness and economic benefits.According to the operating cost method in the quality of the cost of the setting,this paper sets up the company's quality cost accounts,and to recalculate the quality cost.Through analyzing the proportion of the quality cost,the article puts forward the improvement suggestions in three aspects: improving the point of management,keeping the front line staff,improving the quality of training,lay a good foundation for the development of the company's quality and cost management.
