National new urbanization plan (2014-2020) pointed out clearly that urbanization is a powerful driving force for economic growth and regional coordinated development, and it is the fundamental way to solve the problems of rural areas, agriculture and farmers. With the continuous improvement of our country's urbanization level, more and more farmers generate and increase their income by transferring to non-agricultural employment and enjoy better public services by shifting to the citizen identity. In recent years, especially since the central work conference held in Xinjiang, the Corps attaches great importance to accelerate the development of urbanization and promotes urban construction vigorously in accordance with the national strategic decisions and deployments concerning Corps "three development". The Corps Sixth Division's urbanization process will also further accelerate. With the increasing land's demand for urban, a lot of agricultural land has been expropriated and many farm's agricultural workers lost their survival land contract and management rights, together with the general lacks of non-agricultural labor skills and high levels of education, agricultural workers' employment problems have become increasingly apparent. How to provide high-quality employment security for the landless farm workers and maintain the sustainable development of their lives has become a hot topic in academia, meanwhile it focuses on government works of the Sixth Division.Based on this, the paper takes 3 groups of the Corps Sixth Division as research units and deeps into each company to investigate the status of the Sixth Division's landless agricultural workers and their employment through questionnaires and interviews forms of a combination. We find that landless farm workers have mainly the low levels, less channels, unreasonable expectations, not perfect safeguard mechanism and other employment issues. Using SPSS 19.0 software and MATLAB software to conduct quantitative analysis of survey data, we conclude that gender, age, education level, employment expectations, uses of compensation, the land area location, training, access to employment information, non-agricultural skills and the level of social security factors have significant impacts on the employment of landless farm workers. Wherein, sex, education, uses of compensation and employment expectation are the surface influence factors, training, access to employment information and the level of social security are the intermediary influence factors, age, location and non-agricultural skills are the deep influence factors. Combined with the employment status and employment influence factors' research analysis results, the author puts forward the countermeasure proposals from their own, the improvement of employment security mechanism and the optimization of urbanization development quality to solve the landless farm workers' employment in the Sixth Division's urbanization process.
