Oil prices fell, the market downturn and investment slump hit the oil and gas production enterprises. The international political and financial factors also increase the instability of the oil and gas market. In such a situation, how to retain outstanding talent and inspire them to work initiative and creativity has become a problem in oilfield enterprises. Reasonable employee welfare system can not only improve the employee's sense of responsibility and loyalty, effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff, but also can reduce the cost of enterprise. Therefore, it is necessary to study the welfare of workers in oilfield enterprises.Firstly, this paper analyzes the background, significance, domestic and foreign scholars' research status, and makes clear the research framework of this article. On this basis to the connotation of welfare management as the basis by A oil production company of Daqing oilfield the status quo of the employee welfare management process, the status quo of the employee welfare management content and the status quo of the employee welfare management standards, and points out welfare management features, found in the welfare and management of the state-owned enterprises, the existence of problems mainly include the importance of welfare management knowledge is not enough, not enough scientific design of the welfare, the lack of communication of welfare and welfare management supervision is insufficient. In view of the problems existed in A oil production company of Daqing oilfield employee welfare management. According to the analysis and combined with the actual in the aspects of strengthening awareness of the importance of the welfare and scientific make welfare plan, to pay attention to the welfare of communication, intensify supervision and put forward corresponding management countermeasures. The purpose of the study is to provide a set of system, scientific and reasonable employee welfare management methods for the A oil production company of Daqing oilfield, in order to guide the practice of employee welfare management, and to make guidance for the same industry.In order to improve the state-owned enterprise workers welfare management level,strengthen workers of state-owned enterprises belonging and loyalty, reduce wastage rate,for enterprises to improve its competitiveness of talents.
