Along with the development of economic globalization and the coming of the information age,the competition between enterprises is no longer simply competing interests,gradually change in the value chain competition.Cost management is an important way of promoting the modern enterprise to obtain competitive advantage,while the traditional cost management theory and method has played a huge role in the economic management activities,but is not completely adapt to the market situation of rapid development.So,want to better adapt to market environment,in line with the trend of social development,must combine effective value chain management and cost management,value chain cost management theory and strategic cost management would eventually become the important trend of development.In fact,based on the value chain of strategic cost management to strategic management as the guidance,not only inherited the traditional cost management of good experience,but also belongs to a kind of across the enterprise cost management theory,can help enterprises to better analyze the internal value chain,and to improve the external value chain,thus enrich the entire value chain information systems.Will increase cost management to a strategic height,from the perspective of value chain analysis of internal and external business activities as well as the identification of strategic cost drivers,to maximize the enhancement enterprise's cost advantage,improve the competitiveness of enterprises to adapt to the market environment and the influence,ensure enterprise strategic target realization.Therefore,the construction of a value chain cost management method system,not only can enrich the value chain and cost management theory system,but also to the enterprise cost management practice is of great application value.Enterprise competition mode are changing,the cooperation between enterprises is increasingly strengthened,user demand is becoming more and more personalized.The competition between enterprises is no longer just pure of the product cost,value and quality of competition,but toward the direction of enterprise competitive advantage.Specifically,the competitive advantage of enterprises is mainly manifested in the internal resources and external environment,value chain integration of these two aspects.Use and implementation of strategic cost management based on value chain,is conducive to enhance the enterprise the competitive advantage,improve the ability of cost management.Based on summary of the value chain theory,this paper analyzes in detail the composition of the three important factors,namely the competitors value chain,industry value chain,internal value chain,and carries on the concrete analysis of each value management,then elaborates on the characteristics of the strategic cost management,strategic positioning,and the organic combination of the value chain and strategic cost management.The study of the value chain of strategic cost management theory,I think the enterprise cost management must keep up with the trend of the development of the society,clear the importance of strategic cost management,value chain to minimize cost,strengthen cost management ability,enhance competitive advantage.Through specific case analysis of the TM electronic company,discuss the basic situation and the present situation of cost management.TM electronic companies have narrow cost control,procurement and logistics links higher cost,ignore the recessive cost control problems,and corresponding strategic cost management based on value chain component cost management;Strategic cost drivers on TM electronic company,on the basis of analysis,put forward from the company's internal value chain,industry value chain and rival value chain three aspects to carry out the strategy of value chain cost management.TM electronic company must first in internal production process optimization production mode,implement lean production and flexible production;Secondly,to improve the research and development and design steps USES the product integrated development,fully facing the demand.On the industry value chain,to establish strategic partnership with upstream suppliers,building marketing information platform to optimize the downstream customer value chain.At the same time,through the analysis and comparison with competitors to adopt cost leadership strategy,optimize the competitors value chain;TM electronic companies in the process of implementing the strategy of value chain cost management should also pay attention to some problems.Should not only attaches great importance to the strategic cost management,also should strengthen the system innovation and cultural construction,improve the internal organization structure,value chain basis for enrichment of the implementation of the strategic cost management.In addition,the strategic cost management based on value chain should also attach importance to product innovation and technology innovation.In addition,set up the supplier and the customer information system can make the company to react quickly to changes in customer demand,adjust the cost management decisions,is necessary to implement the strategy of value chain cost management.This article take the normative research combined with case study research method,expounds in detail the value chain and strategic cost management theory,from competitors value chain,industry value chain,enterprise internal value chain,this paper builds strategic oriented cost management evaluation system,effective to deeply analyze the enterprise strategic cost management issues.The innovation of this article is combined with the value chain cost management,from the introduction of value chain analysis,cost management for enterprise's individual value activities provide a rich theoretical basis,also can better analysis of the value activities of all kinds of information,so as to better service for the enterprise cost management.And,this article from the TM's electronics company as an example,deeply analyzes the implementation of the strategic cost management based on value chain strategy,in order to link the company's cost management problems,to maximize the company's cost advantage.In addition,both at home and abroad about the research of the quantitative analysis of the value chain is less,how to further deeply discusses the relationship between the various value activities,further studies are needed.
