With Internet technology developing and the Internet users further using, the Internet is going deep into all areas of our lives. March 2015, the State Council carries out the "Internet +" action plan aimed at promoting the fusion Development of the Internet and the traditional industries.While WeChat Official expresses to support the development of the WeChat Official Accounts of finance, education, express delivery and other businesses.In this background, all types WeChat Official Accounts of medical care, education, transportation, government public number have sprung up, and all kinds of tourist WeChat Official Accounts also quickly establish and develop. According to the report of Tencent, "2015 WeChat user data report" shows that the total number of WeChat Official Account has more than 8 million.As one type of the tourist We Chat Official Accounts, the prospect and operating strategy of the WeChat Official Account of Kaifeng Millennium City Park not only has the same character as the Tourist Wechat Official Account, but also follows the developing roles of the Business Wechat Official Account. In this paper, the author selects the WeChat Official Account of Kaifeng Millennium City Park(a AAAAA-class tourist attraction) as the research object, make a glimpse of other Tourist Wechat Official Accounts through analyzing and studying its operating strategy.This paper is based on the theory of Personality and Persuasibility written by Carl Hovland.It mainly investigates on its operating strategy, analysis and description of the typical case using the literature research methods, content analysis of various studies, case and data analysis, interviews and questionnaires and other methods. The author researches the operating mode of Millennium City Park WeChat Official Account from three aspects: Communication subject, content of communication and communication object., and examine the combination of the interactive practice taken by Millennium City Park WeChat Official Account and the local media.The theory tries to summarize its experiences and problems in the operating process and propose practical recommendations, find out ways to solve these problems and offer suggestions to other types of the Tourist and Business Wechat Official Accounts.The author finds that the main role of Millennium City Park WeChat Official Account is to promote tourism enterprises' culture and image, express tourist attractions information and attract tourists, but the role of providing services to potential visitors is not obvious. From the internal point of view, Millennium City Park WeChat Official Account is need but not important, and the function of positioning the WeChat Official Account also exists dislocation. On this background, Millennium City Park WeChat Official Account as the representative of tourist on the exploration of the push content to make a lot of useful attempt, but improve the service functions and the level of profit model is inadequate.
