Research On Farm-produce Circulation Service Systems Under Collaborative Models

The problem of agricultural products circulation is not only the top priority of our government work, but also an important research topic which is highly concerned. In terms of the developing trend, the interests of producers and consumers and the safety of agricultural products have achieved broad consensus.The international experience shows that it is necessary to take full advantage of network technology to share information on the business chain and regulate the balance of supply and demand. Based on the policies of the circulation of agricultural product, it is also very important to strengthen the regulation of the circulation of agricultural products and safeguard the interests of all parties. In other words, it is a key point to integrate the business flow, logistics, cash flow and information to solve the problem of circulation of agricultural products under the market condition. Due to the historical reasons and imperfect policy system, the circulation system of agricultural products still lags behind and there are still many problems to be solved, such as the limitations of agricultural products wholesale market, low circulating level of organization, high waste and limited collaboration of logistics, financing problems facing by the agricultural products companies.Therefore, there is an urgent need to reform the current system for agricultural products circulation to create a system which is efficient, reasonable, flexible,open, safe and stable. Taking advantage of collaborative business model is necessary to achieve the co-development of cash flow, logistics and information and win-win results.This thesis introduces the theories related to agricultural products circulation,analyzing the current structural frame and problems existed. This thesis learns the experience of the international agricultural products circulation development,considering the situation of village, logistics companies, and commercial bank in China. Then this thesis constructs an agricultural products circulation system,explains the development of the systematic frame and operation mechanism. It also designs the financial products, such as, land circulation financing, financing warehouse, bonded warehouse financing, and so on, which will resolve thedifficulties faced by peasant household and the small- and medium-sized companies. Moreover, in order to verify the necessity and feasibility of the agricultural products circulation systems in the frame of the collaborative business model, this thesis sets the circulation of orange in Deqing, Guangdong province as an example, raises some suggestions for the collaborative service model and collaborative system optimization with the actual survey, information integration,and samples analysis.
