Study On Fund Industry Gathering Area Planning

Fund industry is the leader of financial services to transit from traditional to emerging industries,and an important part of modern financial services. With the development of economy entering the stage of new normal, the presenting of the concept such as "Internet+" and "popular entrepreneurship" constantly encourages the development of fund industry,and "fund town" sweeps all over the country.However,because of the study of fund industry gathering area planning at home and abroad is almost blank and needs planing and guidance. Based on the existing theory and successful cases at home and abroad, this article analyzes the characteristics, spatial organization and morphology of fund industry gathering area, establishes a theoretical analysis framework of fund industry gathering area, and applies it to Mudu fund town to come up with multidimensional planning strategies.Firstly,based on the theoretical researches of Blake between concentration, concentration and professional relationships,we analyzes the basic concepts, collects theory "debris" and relevant successful cases at home and abroad, and establish planning research theory frame.Secondly, based on the analysis of the main characteristic of fund industry gathering area and the distribution regularity of fund industry gathering area, we determines the influence factors and scale of the location of the concentrated area. Making a deep analysis of the internal industry chain composition of gathering area,we put forward the corresponding industrial designing strategy which was based on the symbiosis theory. Analysis of different internal functional morphology fund industry gathering area, we guided spatial planning; we gather area by developing models and operating mechanisms on Operational Mechanism parks. It constructed from macro to micro, from the two-dimensional plane to fund the planning system three-dimensional space.Finally, as a demonstration case of Wuzhong District, Suzhou City Mudu town funds, according to the current situation Mudu resource conditions and industrial basis, we put forward the corresponding planning strategy.
