China's securities industry has experienced more than 20 years of development, has formed a relatively mature financial markets. With the enthusiasm of investors in financial investment gradually cooling, the competition between the various securities companies intensified, the intense price war makes the whole industry in the traditional economic business profits fell to the lowest point in history. On this occasion, the securities industry new business came into being, to the entire securities industry has brought new market space and profit point. In order to get the opportunity to survive and develop in the fierce competition, most securities companies have already begun to make the transition. The business transformation, which is caused by the new business, is bound to have different effects on the various aspects of the securities companies, and these effects may be the direction of the transformation and development of securities companies. In this context, the article will have a representative of the three securities companies, focusing on human resource allocation and compensation of these two aspects of the investigation.Firstly, this paper analyzes the development and current situation of China's securities industry. Then, through questionnaires, interviews, online collection and other ways of the three industry representative securities companies to investigate, and to investigate the results of the classification summary. After that, to compare the results of the survey, to find out the similarities and differences between the impact of new business to the securities companies, to understand the current securities companies in response to new business development have made what adjustments. Finally, based on the results of the survey, industry characteristics, the law of things, and more in-depth analysis of the causes, to find new business to the securities company's human resources allocation of the core issues of the core, and thus come to the conclusion of the study.This paper aims at the research background, research process, conclusions, and the existing problems of securities companies in the analysis, and put forward the solutions to these problems, and provide some reference data and theoretical support for the securities companies in the process of human resource management.
