China's real estate market after years of development and improvement, are moving towards a standardized way, from the market structure point of view, but also gradually showing from "seller's market" to "buyer's market" changes, in order to adapt to this change, each real estate send Suppliers also increasing emphasis on research "buyer's market", so as to formulate appropriate marketing strategies to attract and dominate the market. Thus, the real estate market has gradually become an important part of marketing affect real estate sales.Based on the macro-economic situation in recent years, real estate, real estate market into the details and make a detailed analysis of argumentation on the regional market, compared to this project replicability.
