The Research On The Influence Of Listed Company Board Capital On The Financial Value Creation Ability

In the background of the global capital market liberalization and the operating organization complication, resources as the ability carrier, the accumulation degree determines the development space. As the top management institutions and the leaders of the operating company, the board of directors have become the important factors that affecting the company value.As the core of the company value added,value creation can more real reflect the comprehensive ability of the company, more closely combine strategic planning with value management thought, pay more attention to the operational efficiency and resource allocation ability, thus realize the goal of the company value added. As a part of the value creativity, financial value creativity can more intuitive to reflect the financial situation and the development trend from the financial perspective. There is a few research on board capital influencing the company financial value creativity at home and abroad. This paper choose the board capital influencing the financial value creativity as the research content, getting the effective empirical results, in order to make contribution to theoretical and empirical.The board capital influencing financial value creativity as the research object in the paper,through understanding concept and measurement of the board capital,analyzing the mechanism of action of the board capital influencing value creation.After analyzing phenomenon of the board capital's index and financial value creativity's index,and choosing listed company of Information Technology industry and Scientific Research Service industry from 2010 to 2014 as research samples, designing the board capital's index and financial value creativity's index, making descriptive statistics, correlation, regression model and the empirical analysis.Empirical results demonstrate,width and depth of the board capital has a positive impact on financial value creativity in Information Technology industry and Scientific Research Service industry.According to the results,the paper puts forward that adjust director education background reasonably,enrich functional background,reinforce director chain embedded and deepen director professional embedded gradually, so as to improve the value creativity.
