In 2008,After the international economic crisis,uncertain political and economy risks in the world have been prominent for years.foreign export was going worse and worse. For themselves, they indeed exsit some special problems which should be solved as quick as possible, For instance, the low product added value, lack of the independent brands, difficulties in financing, the rising of labor costs. RMB appreciation, slowing growth of export, All of these can not be applied in foreign enterprises just by relying on the low-cost labor and resource in the past time.Actually, on the purpose of looking for the new developing mode, the foreign enterprise have to improve their own core competence only in the way of transformation and upgrading their strength.In this article, with the help of the reference on the foreign trade-related theory;on the basis of them the foreign enterprises in JiangXi province were chosen to be the object of study, The article conducted a qualitative analysis on the inside and external developing environment, the state of management, the practical problems which could be the hinder for export expansion. Afterwards, It would explain the specific factors in depth, which restrict the expansion from the external environment, enterprises,government, financial institution, safety machnism. Meanwhile, It would put forward some feasible ideas as well.
