Harvard University Professor Michael Porter put forward the concept of the value chain in 1985, and the value chain is constantly applied and promoted, international and domestic experts have a considerable amount of research on the value chain. Many companies apply the research result of value chain theory on the enterprise management in order to enhance the management level and the competitiveness of enterprises,increasing the profitability of the enterprise.Distribution is an important link of after-sales service and spare parts sales is the last link of selling of the parts and the chain of enterprise. Distribution is very important to realize accessories sales, is the source of corporate profits and economic benefit, is an important value-added activities and the strategic link in the value chain of the enterprise.With the development of the world economy, the market continues to expand,customer demand of aftermarket parts is increasing. For the enterprise, the timely supply of aftermarket parts cannot only extend the value chain and improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and can shorten the pause period for equipment of repairing, reducing user downtime loss. It is can be said that, guaranteeing the timely supply of aftermarket parts is the inevitable course of enhancing core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, to improve the efficiency of aftermarket parts distribution becomes the core content of the management of construction machinery industry.The distribution of aftermarket partshas great influence on the services quality and the competitiveness of Sany Heavy Industry. So Sany Heavy Industry pay abundant attention to its aftermarket parts distribution, after years of development, its aftermarket parts distribution has formed a relatively perfect system and clear process system,contains the entire distribution process of parts from purchasing or production to delivery to the customer, all aspects of the distribution are clearly operating standards and procedures.But with the economic and social development, the aftermarket parts distribution of Sany Heavy Industry has a lot of new requirements and circumstances, the old distribution processes and methods is not adapting to the new requirementsin some areas, and the aftermarket parts distribution of Sany Heavy Industry is separate from a distribution perspective, rather than from the perspective of the whole value chain, sothere are some limitations.This paper for Sany Heavy Industry as the example, by understanding and research on the value chain theory and methods, according to existing domestic and international logistics practice and the theory status, and existing aftermarket parts distribution method, and combine with existing distribution process of aftermarket parts distribution of Sany Heavy Industry. To find the problem of service quality evaluation standard not specification for logistics company, customer satisfaction degrees low and the level of information low in aftermarket parts distribution. Find the reasons and analysis the existing problems, and combine the theory of value chain, from the perspective of the entire value chain and the global point, optimizing the existing problems of aftermarket parts distribution of Sany Heavy Industry, to improve the market share, profitability and competitiveness of Sany Heavy Industry.This paper establishes the logistics service quality evaluation Criteria from seven dimensions to specific and assess the logistics company in order to improve the quality of services of aftermarket parts distribution; And cooperates with third-party logistics companies to form a strategic partnership, training and helping the cooperative logistics company to reduce the delays, damaged cargos and bad attitude during delivery of aftermarket parts distribution, to improve customer satisfaction and reduce the cost of aftermarket parts distribution; develops and introduces new information system,removes the information effect, realize information exchange sharing and realtime monitoring of aftermarket parts orders, while improving efficiency.Through the above measures, the problems of aftermarket parts distribution of Sany Heavy Industry are solved, and the effectiveness of aftermarket parts distribution greatly improved, the customer satisfaction is increased. The value chain of Sany Heavy Industry is extended by optimizing the problem, and the monopoly advantage of the strategic is expanded, the competitiveness of the entire value chain is enhanced, the core competitiveness of Sany Heavy Industry is increased.
